Chic&Basic Reding Hotel - Barcelona

Very very good breakfasts with a great coffee machine, the staff were all in all polite. The hotel had a fantastic location next to a contemporary art museum.

The Reding exceeded our expectations. Great location near Catalunya Square (for airport buses and city tours), and a short walk to the University and Las Ramblas. The breakfast buffet was A+. We recommend this one..

Wonderful and clean place overall with great location so close to the central areas. Modest and modern room with an excellent bathroom. Pleasant view to inner courtyard. Simply no complaints, excellent stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Reding very much, the desk staff were very helpful & friendly, made reservations for us at the Flamenco evening (a must, if you are only spending a short time in Barcelona!),recommended a nearby Tapas restaurant which was excellent, & best of all, provided secure underground parking (at a cost - 28 euros per night - but well worth it). We only had 2 days in Barcelona, but took the City Bus Tours the first day & next day took the buses again to visit our chosen sites ... Gaudi, of course! Tapas on the quay was a great experience too. And driving in & out of the city wasn't at all as difficult as I had feared!

The staff was patient, helpful, and unobtrusive. Got a decent room that was clean and had a good variety in the minibar that was included.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

Location great, despite noise from the street. Need to have a galass of wine or two to get some sleep. Price 70 euro was not bad for Barcelona at this time of the year.

The location of the hotel was really, close to the metro stations and city center, the room was clean and tidy, the staff was helpful, and there was free wifi.

The friendly staff were always available and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from major attractions. Enjoyed the free snacks and drinks, along with the spacious and cozy room. Minor hiccup with thin walls and noise levels, but overall a charming stay!

The hotel was fairly clean and fantastic, had free wi-fi. All in all room was big sized; also provided roll in showers. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Besides, my parking was onsite.

I loved being just a few steps away from the famous Gothic Quarter and enjoying leisurely walks in the beautiful nearby parks, making my weekend feel vibrant and adventurous while being conveniently close to many of the city's iconic sights.

We stayed in this hotel for week-end and I should say it was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Rambla and Plaza Catalunya so you can easily walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was simple, but modern, clean, and comfortable. There was a free internet access. Very good value for money, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to stay at the very center of Barcelona without spending a fortune.

We spend 2 nights in Barcelona lovely. The location was just superb and decent, few metres away from Museum. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were friendly efficient and brilliantly helpful. Everything was really good, huge and decent size room with balcony. The breakfast with a great coffee machine was varied and satisfactory, you'll find what you need. The service was very good, including a fast check-in.
